what can i expect from your classes?
A 45-minute, all-levels dance class that’s challenging, fun, and truly accessible—yes, even if you swear you can’t dance.
We start each class with a pep talk to help free your mind and ground you in connection—with yourself and the incredible energy of the room.
The class itself combines easy-to-follow dance moves with a full experience: a warm-up and cool-down, focused upper and lower body burners, and a feel-good routine you'll learn by the end. The best part? You’ll be having so much fun, you won’t even realize you’re working out.
Expect dim, sexy lighting and curated playlists that make you want to close your eyes, move freely, and lose yourself in the music.
